Raw Packs are ideal if you prefer to cut, square, fletch and finish your own arrows.

Pro Built Packs are prepared by Prodigy and include cutting, squaring, insert or front end installation, white Bohning Blazer fletching and build checks where available.

The Pro Built Process

Every Pro Built Pack follows a clear preparation process.

Build steps include:

• Shaft inspection
• Squaring and preparation
• Insert, half out or front end alignment
• Adhesion and cure time
• Fletching with white Bohning Blazers
• Spin testing
• Weight and pack verification
• Final visual checks before dispatch

This process is designed to give you a cleaner, more consistent starting point before final tuning.

Quality Checks

Before dispatch, Pro Built Packs are checked for key build details.

Checks may include:

• Visual shaft inspection
• Component alignment
• Spin check for visible wobble
• Fletching placement check
• Pack quantity verification
• Basic weight and build consistency check

These checks help reduce avoidable issues and give you more confidence in the arrows you receive.

Important Note

Arrow performance depends on your full setup.

That includes bow tune, draw weight, draw length, arrow length, point weight, components, shooting form and final tuning.

Prodigy can provide a more consistent build and stronger starting point, but final tuning must be confirmed by the archer.

Build Turnaround

Pro Built Packs are prepared to order.

Built orders are processed within the stated build window, currently up to 5 business days before dispatch unless otherwise shown on the product page.

This gives Prodigy time to prepare, check and complete the build properly rather than rushing the process.

How to Order Pro Built Arrows

Built arrows are no longer ordered as a separate category.

To order a Pro Built Pack:

1. Choose your arrow system
2. Select your pack size
3. Select your spine
4. Choose Pro Built Pack as the build option
5. Add field points or components separately if needed

Field points are sold separately so you can choose the weight that suits your setup.
