Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding:

 

  • public holidays

  • custom or made-to-order products

 


Custom builds or specialised items may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.

 

 

 

2. Shipping Destinations

 


We currently ship to:

 

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

 


International expansion may occur without notice.

 

 

 

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

 


Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to:

 

  • carrier issues

  • customs clearance

  • weather events

  • peak demand periods

 


Prodigy Archery is not liable for delays outside its control.

 

 

 

4. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (NZ & International)

 


For New Zealand and future international orders:

 

  • customs duties, GST, and import fees may apply

  • these charges are the responsibility of the customer

 


Prodigy Archery does not control or estimate these fees.

 

 

 

5. Risk & Title

 


Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address.

Title passes upon full payment.

 

 

 

6. Incorrect Addresses

 


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not liable for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information.
