If there is an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve it.

To request a return or replacement, email us with:

 

• Order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

• A short description of the issue

 

 

Change of mind

 

Change of mind returns may be accepted if the item is unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Warranty

 

If a product is faulty due to manufacturing defect, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required.

Normal wear, misuse, incorrect installation, or damage from impacts is not covered.
