FAQs

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes. We ship across Australia.

New Zealand shipping options are added where available. Shipping rates, delivery timeframes and available carriers may vary depending on the product, order size and destination.

Do you ship to New Zealand?

New Zealand shipping may be available on selected orders where suitable.

If you are ordering from NZ and shipping is not showing correctly at checkout, contact us before placing your order and we can confirm available options.

How do I choose the right arrow series?

Start with how you shoot and what you are building the arrows for.

Cervidae is suited to hunters and bowhunters wanting a serious carbon arrow system with dependable performance and strong build options.

Banteng is suited to heavier duty setups where strength, front end control and confidence through the shot matter.

Tradition is suited to trad archers who want a clean, serious arrow platform without unnecessary complexity.

Start with how you shoot and what you are building the arrows for. If you are unsure, use the Arrow Selection Guide or contact us with your bow type, draw weight, draw length, current setup and intended use.

What information should I provide if I need setup help?

Send through as much of the following as possible:

  • Bow type
  • Draw weight
  • Draw length
  • Current arrow setup if you have one
  • Intended use
  • Preferred arrow length if known
  • Point weight you are considering
  • Whether you want Raw Pack or Pro Built Pack

The more accurate the information, the better the starting recommendation will be.

How do I choose the right spine?

Spine depends on your bow setup, draw weight, draw length, arrow length, point weight and intended use.

If you already know your required spine, select it on the product page. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we can help point you in the right starting direction.

Final arrow performance still depends on your full bow setup, shooting form and tuning process.

What is the difference between Raw Pack and Pro Built Pack?

A Raw Pack is supplied for archers who want to cut, square, fletch and finish their own arrows.

A Pro Built Pack is prepared by Prodigy and includes cutting, squaring, insert or front end installation, white Bohning Blazer fletching and build checks where available.

Built arrows are selected as an option inside the arrow product, not as a separate product category.

Are Pro Built Packs available for every arrow series?

Pro Built options are available on selected arrow systems only.

If the Pro Built option is not shown on a product page, that arrow system is currently supplied as a Raw Pack or does not currently have a confirmed build option available.

What fletching comes with Pro Built Packs?

Pro Built Packs use white Bohning Blazer fletching unless stated otherwise on the product page.

If different fletching options become available, they will be listed on the product page or offered as a selectable option.

How long do Pro Built Packs take?

Pro Built Packs require extra preparation time before dispatch.

Current build timeframes will be shown on the product page or confirmed after ordering. We aim for a 5 day turn around however, during busy periods, build and dispatch times may vary.

Are field points included with arrows?

No. Field points are sold separately.

This allows you to choose the point weight that best suits your bow, arrow setup and intended use.

Why are field points sold separately?

Point weight affects tuning, total arrow weight and performance.

Rather than forcing one point weight into every arrow order, Prodigy lets you choose the field points that suit your setup. If you are unsure, a Field Point Test Kit is a good way to compare different point weights before committing to full sets.

What is a Field Point Test Kit?

A Field Point Test Kit allows you to test different field point weights so you can compare how your setup reacts before buying full quantities.

It is useful if you are tuning a new arrow setup, changing arrow weight, testing front of centre, or deciding between different point weights.

Are components sold separately?

Yes. Components and consumables are available under Components.

This may include field points, inserts, collars, half outs, outserts, nocks and other related hardware depending on current stock.

Can I buy components now and build later?

Yes. If you are ordering components separately, you can buy them for future builds, repairs, spares or tuning.

For full arrow setups, we recommend confirming your configuration before ordering so the components match the arrow system you are building.

Can I order arrows without components?

Yes. You can order arrow packs and purchase components separately.

Just make sure you understand what is included with the product before checkout. Field points are sold separately unless specifically stated otherwise.

Can I order P3, P6 or P12 packs?

Yes. Main arrow systems are structured around P3, P6 and P12 pack options where available.

Availability may vary depending on stock, spine and selected build option.

What does GPI mean?

GPI means grains per inch.

It refers to the shaft weight before components such as inserts, collars, outserts, nocks, fletching and field points are added. GPI varies by spine and arrow series.

What does ID mean?

ID means internal diameter.

Prodigy arrow specifications list ID so you can match compatible components such as inserts, collars, half outs and related hardware.

What does OD mean?

OD means outer diameter.

Outer diameter varies by spine and can affect component fit, durability, clearance and overall arrow profile.

Do you offer support with tuning?

We can help you confirm starting setup choices and basic tuning direction.

Final tuning depends on your bow setup, arrow length, point weight, components, shooting form and other variables. Prodigy can help with guidance, but final tuning should be confirmed through proper setup and testing.

Can you guarantee a perfect arrow setup?

No. Arrow performance depends on your full bow setup, selected components, shooting form and tuning process.

Prodigy can help you make better starting decisions and provide clear product guidance, but final tuning and performance must be confirmed by the archer.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not been packed, shipped or started as a Pro Built Pack, we may be able to help. Once a build has started or an order has shipped, changes may not be possible.

Can I return arrows or components?

Returns depend on the product condition, order type and whether the item has been used, modified or built to order.

Please check the Warranty & Returns page before placing your order. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.

Are Pro Built Packs returnable?

Because Pro Built Packs may be cut, prepared or assembled to order, they may not be eligible for return unless there is a confirmed fault or issue covered under the applicable returns policy.

Please confirm your setup before ordering.

What if I ordered the wrong spine or components?

Contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not been processed, we may be able to help. Once products have been shipped, used, modified or built to order, options may be limited.

If you are unsure before buying, request setup help first.

Where can I find product specifications?

Each arrow product page lists technical details such as spine options, GPI, internal diameter, outer diameter, surface finish and material where available.

Check the Technical Specifications section on the product page before ordering.

How do I contact Prodigy for help?

Use the Contact page or Request Setup Help option.

For setup help, include your bow details, intended use and the arrow system you are considering so we can give more useful guidance.
